Christopher Y Lock Esq.

Christopher Lock joined Mayfield & Associates as a Law Clerk in 2005 while attending the University of San Diego School of Law. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree in May 2006 and passing the California State Bar on his first try, he remained with Mayfield & Associates as an Associate Attorney. During law school, Mr. Lock also worked as a mediator for the Orange County Fair Housing Counsel.

During his tenure at Mayfield & Associates, Mr. Lock has been involved in a variety of matters ranging from litigation to transactions. In his work, Mr. Lock appears in both state and federal courts for the firm, while also dealing extensively with both state and federal government agencies. Mr. Lock drafts numerous litigation documents, including motions.  On the transactional side, Mr. Lock engages in client interviews, business entity formation, preparation of corporate minutes, business entity audits, contract drafting, and contract review.
