We engaged Gayle and Mayfield & Associates in 1996 to start our second company together, Silicon Space. Over the years they've helped us form many other companies, dissolve a few, avoid lawsuits, initiate lawsuits, fight off lawsuits, negotiate deals, structure contracts, complete corporate securities transactions, understand government and agency regulations, maintain positive shareholder relations, and manage sometimes sticky employee matters. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Melissa Bustarde, Gayle Mayfield, and the rest of the staff at Mayfield and Associates. Since the inception of our small business in March 2005, we have encountered some legal "speed bumps", which Gayle and Melissa have helped us through in the most efficient and professional of fashion. Here at Kaian-Wright, Inc., we are mostly field technicians and installers. We simply do not know all the legal "ins" and "outs" of operating the corporation.
