The Principal of this successful transactional and litigation practice concentrating in the areas of business law, real estate law, and civil litigation is Gayle Mayfield-Venieris.  Her business transactional experience includes contract drafting and review, commercial lease review, corporate formation and dissolution, employment, and related matters.  Ms. Mayfield-Venieris' litigation experience includes bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, law and motion, and appellate work.
